ORDER INFORMATION

Yes, all of our products are tested for Mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine content level along with microbial safety: E. Coli, Salmonella, Yeast and Mold as well as heavy metals: lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium. These things are done to ensure that our customers will receive the best quality products and are safe from any preventable harms.
We will give you the tracking number after we send your package. It will take 1-3 days after you place your order as we need to pack it, especially for orders in large amounts. You can check your tracking number on your account page and an email will be sent to you for your order status update.
You will receive exactly the same product as the one in the picture. The only
difference is the package will be without our brand label. It’s done with the understanding that most of our customers are vendors who will resell our product.
We wouldn’t put any branding on the package other than the product identification on the right, bottom corner. This is done to make things easier for our customers as well as to make sure the delivery process is trouble-free.
Please note that the color of the powder might differ on each batch due to the weather, drying process, and the Kratom leaves.
Each package will weigh exactly 1 kilogram or around 2.2 lbs.
Generally, you will receive your package within 10 days including our packing time or 7 days after you receive your tracking number. Here are the details:
– USA: 2-5 days
– UK: 2-5 days
– Europe: 2-5 days
– Eastern Europe: 5-7 days
– Australia: 5-7 days
Please note that these are the estimations for normal delivery time.
There’s a chance you might not have received your order confirmation if you entered your email address incorrectly. It also might be in your junk mail. If not, let us know and we’ll send you another order confirmation.
We provides Kratom in three different types: powder, crushed leaf, and extracts. The powder is simple to take as it will dissolve into water, tea, or other beverages quite easily. It can be mixed into food too. Crushed leaf is often used to brew Kratom tea, while Kratom extracts provide extra ‘gusto’ for expert Kratom users.
You need to be at least 21 years of age to purchase Kratom.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Yes, we have delivery warranty in the form of refunding money or resending the package to countries or states where Kratom is legal.
Also the warranty conditions is depending which shipment carrier do you use.
–  DHL
Delivery using DHL will have guarantee and refund as long as Kratom is legal in your countries/states/cities. The only exception for this guarantee and refund are deliveries to these 4 places:
– New York
– California
– Oregon
– Canada
but these 4 places we mentioned can have the warranty by ordering minimum 300kg and paying additional charge of $1.6/kg.
– Air and Sea Cargo
Air and sea cargo offers delivery warranty for all countries and states where Kratom is legal. Cargo option is available for order above 150kg and the price has included the tax fee. Using other couriers outside of DHL and air or sea cargo wouldn’t receive delivery warranty in any forms.

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there. You can check out our delivery options in checkout menu after you drop a shipping address.
The taxes will depend on the country and we have no way to know what categories Kratom will fall under. Due to that uncertainty in each country and region, the tax fee will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.

All of our transactions are calculated in US Dollars. If your credit card (or other payment method) transactions are in a different currency, your order total will be based on the daily exchange rate of the transaction date.
We’ll only charge the total amount shown in your bag (in USD). However, keep in mind that there may be foreign transaction fees depending on your bank’s policies. Make sure to check your bank’s transaction fee policies as you’ll be responsible for these fees.

KRATOM GENERAL

Kratom is a tropical tree from the coffee family native to Southeast Asia with the latin name of Mitragyna speciosa. Its leaves are traditionally used as medicine for centuries by the native. This plant has many different kinds of active components, which makes it difficult to characterize as one particular type of use. The two main compounds, mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine are the source of all of the Kratom’s effects you get.
Kratom (most likely) won’t cause your death. It doesn’t damage your organs, brain, or any other part of the body. Millions of users can attest to these facts. The case of dependence is quite rare and it’s easy to keep Kratom under control as well as to taper it down for most people.
If you are considering taking Kratom for the first time, we suggest checking with your healthcare provider to evaluate any risks that Kratom use may pose.
It depends. If you are traveling to a location where Kratom is not considered a scheduled or controlled substance, then yes, you can travel with Kratom. However, even if Kratom is legal where you live, it is illegal to bring Kratom into a state, country, or municipality where it is expressly illegal. You should do your research on where it’s legal and where it isn’t.
The most popular dosing methods when using Kratom involve mixing Kratom powder with water, juice, coffee, or tea and drinking the solution. Alternatively, some Kratom users prefer the ‘Toss-and-Wash’ method. This method involves ‘tossing’ the Kratom into the mouth and then ‘wash’-ing it down with a sip of your favorite beverage.
A standard dose of Kratom is about 2.5 grams. This amounts to roughly one level
teaspoon of Kratom powder. For some, the positive benefits of Kratom can be achieved using less than a standard dose. For others, heavier doses are needed for equitable effects. It varies from person to person.
